I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with new towels provided every day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful sunny terrace. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the main attractions of the medina. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and varied every day. The staff, especially Samira and Rashid, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast and had friendly staff who were always willing to assist, especially with purchasing bus tickets. The hotel was conveniently located close to popular attractions and provided a lovely sunny terrace to relax on during downtime.

The hotel was located in a less desirable area, which made us feel unsafe at times, especially when we were approached by local youth demanding money. the room was smaller than expected, and lacked proper heating during the colder months, making it uncomfortable.

During my new year's stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and made every effort to ensure my comfort. the breakfasts were always different and delicious. the strong Wi-Fi and clean accommodations were also great. the location was perfect, as there were many attractions within walking distance and the area was peaceful.

The rooms were a bit chilly and needed proper heating. walking through the surrounding streets at night did not always feel safe.
